Payments
Payments for remote sessions and services are accepted electronically through an agreed upon payment service such as PayPal or Stripe. A deposit is required to guarantee any appointments for in-person and remote services. Payment is required in full before any non-scheduled services such as crystal consultation or remote gridwork are rendered. Sliding-fee scale services are available for most individual offerings.
Cancellations
Rescheduling or cancellation requests for all scheduled individual services including remote and in person intuitive readings and career/resume crafting sessions are accepted up to 48 hours prior to the appointment date. Cancellation requests received within 48 hours, or any unattended or missed appointments forfeit the deposit. Cancellations are not accepted for any non-scheduled services such as crystal consultations or remote gridwork.
Refunds
Due to the nature of scheduled services, refunds are not granted except in the case of Astro Auntie/ Sarah L’Hrar canceling due to illness, emergency, or other reason. In the event this happens, all parties agree to attempt to reschedule before a
refund is issued.
